We are committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. These TERMS OF SALE outlines the terms under which refunds are available and the process for termination of services.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds when the following conditions are BOTH true:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of payment.
- No work related to the service or project has commenced. If any work has been started, including preparatory tasks, consultations, or project implementation, refunds will not be issued.
2. Waiver of Rights to Dispute
By entering into a business agreement with FYC Consulting LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All services provided are non-refundable once work has commenced, as outlined above.
- You waive the right to dispute or initiate chargebacks with your credit card processor for any payments made for services rendered in accordance with the TERMS OF SALE.
3. Termination of Agreement
Both FYC Consulting LLC and the client understand that, in some cases, it may be necessary to terminate the working relationship. In the event of a termination:
- No new work will be initiated after notice of termination is given by either party.
- Any work previously authorized by the client will be completed up to the point of receipt of termination notice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- The termination will be handled in an amicable fashion, with mutual respect, professionalism, and consideration of both parties’ reputations.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@fillyourclinic.com with the following information:
- Your full name.
- Date of payment.
- Reason for the refund request.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and a decision will be communicated promptly.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Payments made after the 14-day refund window.
- Fees associated with any work already started or delivered, including consultations or partial project implementation.
6. Additional Information
This TERMS OF SALE applies solely to payments made directly to FYC Consulting LLC.
FYC Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Updates will be reflected on this page, with the effective date noted below.
